Description: Go beyond the poses, understand the stories, symbols, and spirits that form the heart of Yoga philosophy. This is part of Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-Hour Teacher Training, beginning January,  24th 2026 offered by Threaded Elements Yoga.

    • Specific deity and associated sanskrit Mantra pronunciation,Mudras & Chakras
