Description: Join for a 3 session journey to understand basics of Ayurveda to understand the subtle energies of the body, the rhythm of the seasons, and the power of personalized wellness. This is part of Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-Hour Teacher Training, beginning January,  24th 2026 offered by Threaded Elements Yoga.

  • Learning:  

    • The Foundations: Master the Elemental Principles, Tridosha Theory, and the 20 attributes (Gunas).

    • The Internal Fire: Understand the Ayurvedic concept of Agni (Digestive Fire) and its role in health.

    • The Art of Ritual: Integrate Dinacharya and Ritucharya (Daily, Nightly, and Seasonal self-care).

    • Yoga for the Doshas: Learn how to tailor yoga practices to balance Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
